  • Kindergarten Registration Information for September 2020 Dear Limehouse Families,  Limehouse Public School is now accepting registrations for Junior and Senior Kindergarten for September 2020 for students living in the Limehouse catchment.The kindergarten package is available at the office and online at www.hdsb.ca.Parents/guardians are asked to register their child by Friday, January 31, 2020.  Once registered, children can sign out books from the school library.Please bring the following original documents when registering:  Proof of AddressProof of ageProof of citizenship  Junior Kindergarten children must be four years old by December 31, 2020 and Senior Kindergarten children must be five years old by December 31, 2020.​​​​​​​  G.   • Santa Breakfast Saturday Dec. 7th Dear Limehouse Families,  Our School Council and wonderful volunteers have been working on the final stages of planning for our upcoming Santa Breakfast (happening in two weeks on Saturday Dec. 07th).   • Remembrance Day Assembly Postponed Dear Limehouse Families,We have decided to postpone our Remembrance Day Assembly until tomorrow at 1:20pm. In efforts to continually honour the importance and significance of today, the school will still be participating in a moment of silence and flying the Canadian flag at half mast. The decision to reschedule the assembly is to allow students the opportunity to fulfill their commitments to the ceremony. They have been rehearsing for weeks in preparation for today and unfortunately many are absent due to tricky road conditions and busses being cancelled.   • Halloween Parade Dear Limehouse Families,  Our school has traditionally offered a Halloween Parade to celebrate the event with the children. We will once again invite students to participate in a parade on Thursday, October 31st, immediately after announcements beginning at 8:45am.  On that day, families are invited to send their children with their costumes for the parade or have their child dress in orange and/or black. Please note your child's participation is completely optional and we will ensure to plan for an alternate activity at your request, if preferred.  If your child is coming to school in their costume we ask that you kindly send a change of clothing so that they can resume their normal school activities once ...
